Q. I have found a design that I love, but want to change a few things- can you do this? How much will it cost?
A. Every file is custom made- I do not use templates-- which is great for my customers! I can change just about ANYTHING on any of my files from colors to number of photos and fonts. I do these edits FREE OF CHARGE! As long as the basic layout is the same I do not charge a Custom order fee! I will work with you to make you a card that you absolutely love!

Q. I saw a few ideas from another website- can you make a similar design for me?
A. I can create a custom design from scratch from just about anything- just provide me with the specifications, color scheme etc. While I cannot directly copy someone's work, I will work with you to creat a similar design with personal touches to your tastes!

Q. What type of file will I receive? Can I have it printed anywhere?
A. You will receive a high resolution .jpeg file. You can print these cards right from your home computer through your digital imaging software or you can take this file any photo processing location and have it printed. (You don’t even have to leave home- you can upload it right to a photo processing website such as walmart.com and have it shipped directly to your door!)

Q. Where & How much can I expect to pay to get them printed?
A. Sites such as shutterfly.com offer 25 FREE 4x6 prints for new customers! Or you can get the cards printed at your local discount store such as Walmart or Target. Pharmacys and Grocery Stores also have photo processing. You can expect to pay around $.09 cents-$.60 cents- depending on the size you get printed (At .09 cents that only $4.50 for 50 cards! )

Q. I would like my photo to be changed to black and white or sepia- but I don’t have a program that does this- what should I do?
A. No problem! When you send your photo file to me just let me know that you would like it to be changed- and I will change it for you free of charge!

Q. What type of file should my photo be?
A. For the best results please send .jpeg files. The file should be at least 300 dpi or higher. I can work with lower resolution files- but your card won’t be as crystal clear.

Q. Can I change or add wording?
A. Yes! Just specify what wording you would like when you email me your photo file.

Q. What size is the file I will receive?
A. All files are 5”x7” unless otherwise specified. If you would like a 4”x6” please specify this when you send me your photo file.

Q. I love the proof- but there are still a few changes I would like to make- how many changes can I make?
A. You can make as many changes as you would like. I will work with you until we get the file just right!

Q. Can you make matching address labels, seals, stickers or thank you cards?

Legal Stuff-
I cannot use any photo that is copyrighted without the photographer’s permission. Most professional photographs are protected by copyright and for me to use their photos you must have the photographers written permission in the form of a copyright license. When you upload any photo file to me, you are taking full responsibility for any misuse of the copyrighted photo, and agree to not hold me liable. However, I CAN use any photo taken by you- so snap away :)
